This is the BEST WAFFKE HOUSE!!!! Very clean and the waitresses are so attentive!!! !! The only setback is ALWAYS bring a sweater!! Very cold inside.

Hadn't had Waffle House in a while and my nephew had never had it. Glad we did. Food was great! J? Was our server. She was absolutely perfect! She really missed her true calling...
The one in Tillman's Corner is the best one for service and food. They actually give you crispy bacon when you ask for it and you can try the gravy without hassle. I like the gravy at this one but have tried it at others and it's not consistent. The servers are awesome and they take good care of you. An omelette isn't on the menu but they will do one for you.
This was our first Waffle House experience. We arrived at 12:00am and everything else was closed or had long drive through lines. It turned out great. The floor was somewhat dirty, which was the only negative. It was neat to be able to see them preparing our food. We also took comfort in the fact that a police officer was eating there. The server was very friendly and patient. Our daughter is vegetarian but he handled her questions well. She got an excellent grilled cheese sandwich. He offered me an off-the-menu grilled chicken salad that I enjoyed. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and crispy, and it was novel to have onions and pickles on it. We also had a pretty good hamburger.
A little secret about myself.... Waffle House is one of my favorite places to eat. I'm not ashamed, anyone that says they don't love eating at Waffle House is probably just lying. Now to be fair, I won't eat at just any Waffle House, it has to have just the right amount of grease on every surface and every thing in the building. This location is just right. Never disappoints. My go to here is: A nice hot cup of coffee, delicious bacon egg and cheese sandwich (w/ one perfect tiny pickle slice for each side), a side of crispy hash browns and a pecan waffle. In reality there's no way for me to ever be able to eat all this food but for some reason I always seem to think that this is the time I can. Price can't be beat.
